Fliptastic — Slideshow Video Maker
This privacy policy describes how Ting Tze Chuen ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Fliptastic mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and being transparent about the data we handle.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Photos and Videos. The App accesses your device's photo library and camera so you can create slideshows. All photo and video processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload your photos or videos to any external server.
- Music. The App may access your Apple Music library so you can add music to your slideshows. This data stays on your device.
- Support Correspondence. If you contact us via email, we may receive your email address, device model, and iOS version to help diagnose issues.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically through third-party services:
- Analytics Data. We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to understand how the App is used. This includes events such as features used, slideshow export counts, and general usage patterns. Firebase may also collect device model, operating system version, app version, and a Firebase installation identifier.
- Crash Data. We use Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect crash reports including device state, stack traces, and a unique device identifier to help us diagnose and fix bugs.
